Returns
Thank you for your purchase with Affinity Scrubs and More. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the original purchase date to do so. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, please contact us at affinityscrubsandmore@yahoo.com.

Please reference “Return” in the subject line.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label to send in with your items.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, include tags, be odor free, and unwashed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges:
Exchanges may only be granted for items with sizing issues, and defective or previously damaged items. If for any of the reason listed an item needs to be exchanged, you have 14 days from the original purchase date to do so. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your
exchange.
